Located within the
Royal Palace compound, the Silver Pagoda is so
named because of its floor, which is made up of
5,329 silver tiles. The treasures include a 90
kilogram gold Buddha adorned with 2,086 diamonds, an
emerald Buddha giving the name to this temple
and the offerings of Queen Kossomak Nearyroath
donated in 1969.
