Located at the
former Tuol Svay Prey High School, this place is
known as the biggest detention and torture
centre used by the Pol Pot's security forces and
it was called the infamous Security Prison 21
(S21). Most of the prisoners detained here were
later taken to Choeung Ek to be killed. S21 has
now been turned into the Tuol Sleng Genocide
Museum and this place now reminds people of the
madness of the Khmer Rouge regime.
