The Puppet Manchuria Palace Museum in Changchun, ChinaLocated in the middle-latitude zone in the Northern Hemisphere and in the hinterland of the Northeast Plain of China, Changchun, the capital of Jilin Province, covers a total area of 20,532 square kilometers and has a population of 7.1 million. Jilin is part of the historic territory of the Manchus, founders of the Qing dynasty which was later seized by the Japanese and was turned into the state of Manchukuo. This city has some remarkable tourist attractions that is found in Jilin Province. Use this travel guide to explore the city of Changchun which spreads out from north to south which sometimes makes traveling a bit difficult. This city was the Japanese capital of Manchukuo between the early 1930's to mid 1940's until the arrival of the Russians in the mid 1940's.
