The Sichuan
Provincial Museum, located down Renmin Nanlu,
is a comprehensive provincial museum. The
exhibition hall in this Sichuan museum has an area of
more than 3,000 square meters. The museum holds a large
number of cultural relics including some rare
treasures and has over 100,000 items on display.
The tiled murals and frescoes taken from tombs
which are being exhibited here depicts the daily
activities of ancient times. Tourists are able to use this golden
opportunity to learn more about the history and
culture of Sichuan Province.
