Widely known as the forerunner of the Chinese democratic revolution, Dr. Sun Yat-sen and his beloved wife Soong Ching Ling lived in this house, which is the now known as the former residence of Sun Yat Sen, from 1918-1924. This former house of Sun Yat Sen is located at 7 Xiangshan Lu whereby he lived here for six years. It was at this two-storey house that Dr. Sun Yat-sen met with the representatives of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and promote the first co-operative activity between the CCP and the Kuomintang Party.

 

Opening times: 9.00am to 4.30pm

Admission: 8 yuan.
