A symbol of
Shanghai, the Bund offers a living exhibition of
buildings of various architectural styles.
Located along Zhongshan Dongyi Road, your trip
to Shanghai will not be complete if you do not
walk along the Bund. Visitors will be amazed by
the diverse mix of Gothic, Baroque and Roman
architecture mix with traditional Chinese and
Western styles that are apparent among the
buildings that line the shoreline of the Huangpu
River. In the evening, these buildings along
the Bund are under the flood of colorful lights
and the locals affectionately call this place
Pearl of the Orient. Some of the famous buildings
in the Bund are the Pudong Development Bank
which was previously Hongkong and Shanghai Bank,
the Bund History Museum and the Tung Feng Hotel.
To experience a once in a lifetime ride, prepare
yourself for a futuristic train ride at the Bund
Tourist Tunnel which will take you through a tunnel
of dazzling lights to get you to the Pudong New Area.

Nos. 20, 22, 37, 42, 55, 65, 126, 135 and 145.
