When going away for a diving trip, never
ever forget to bring along your exposure suits or scuba suits. It you are going to
somewhere where the water is very warm, then a lightweight one-piece
full body suit will do just fine. These diving suits are also known as body
skins or Lycra-skins. Body skins are highly elastic since they are
made from nylon with added Lycra. It is important that you do not
put them on places with strong sunlight as they are known to
deteriorate rapidly. Lycra body suits comes with stirrups at the
ankles to prevent your legs from riding up and loops that slip
around the thumbs to keep the arms in place. Body skins are
important because it gives you total freedom of movement when you
scuba dive in warm water and most scuba divers will use this in warm
waters. |
