AROMATHERAPY BATHS

 

 

 

 

 

 

One of the best ways to relax and at the same time to enjoy the healing powers of essential oils is to soaked yourself in aromatherapy scented baths or simply aromatherapy baths. You can immerse yourself in a soothing rose-infused tub or get ready to face the day with an uplifting blend of black pepper and juniper and this so called bathing with aromatherapy will do a lot of good for your aching body. All you need to do is put a total of six to ten drops of oil into a bathtub full of warm water and swish the water for it to mix. It is advised that for sensitive skin or if you are preparing a bath for a child, you should dilute the essential oil in one ounce of carrier oil first and then add up to six drops of the mixture to the tub. You are now ready to rejuvenate your body and relax at the same time.
