At Galeria Perdana visitors
can browse through the display of gifts and souvenirs
given to ex-Malaysia's Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad by other world leaders.
Located about ten kilometers away from Kuah, at Kilim,
this place of interest has close to three thousand state
gifts and awards given to the fourth prime minister of
Malaysia. There are gifts of crystal ware, woodwork, leather, musical
instruments, weaponry, Islamic arts and crafts, and
special awards. Some of the popular exhibits seen here
include cars and four-wheel drive vehicles and also some
of the very best traditional handicrafts from Africa nations
and the South Pacific.
