A prominent place where
tourists enjoy visiting in Langkawi is the Pantai Cenang
(Cenang Beach).
This unbelievable beach is found at the southwestern
area of Kuah and it is about twenty-five kilometers away
from Kuah. There are plenty of places to stay where the beach
chalets and resorts are reasonably priced and
holidaymakers will surely enjoy the exotic bars and
restaurants here where things get lively as night comes
along. During low tide, a sandbar will appear and
visitors can even walk across this sandbar to get to Pulau Rebak Kecil. Besides having facilities for
canoeing, fishing, sailing and snorkeling, there are
boat rental services for island hopping to islands such
as Pulau Tepor.
