Pekan Rabu, literally
meaning 'Wednesday Market' in English, is a popular
bazaar held in Alor Setar on every Wednesday whereby locals and
foreign visitors flocked to this tourist attraction to
get the best possible buy at the cheapest price
possible. It starts for business early in the morning
and last late into the night. From foodstuff to fruits,
fresh seafood to poultry, spices to vegetables, watches
to batiks, you can find everything here. Most of the
stuff here are affordable and you are even allowed to
bargain.
