One of the most beautiful
places of interest in Langkawi is the beach at Tanjung
Rhu. To get to his tourist attraction, turn to the
northern direction from the roundabout at the Padang
Lalang village. This place is lined with huge casuarina
trees and the the atmosphere is very serene and
tranquil. One of the best places to spent the night here
is at the Tanjung Rhu Resort which is hidden in a
secluded cove with a spectacular beach opposite several
tiny islands. Regarded one of the top beaches in Langkawi,
tourists can take a swim here since the waters are
shallow. There is also a sandbank linking this beach to
the nearby rocky outcrop. For more fun thrilled moments,
you can join the mangrove cruises and hire a kayak. The
mysterious Cave of Legends (Gua Cerita) can be reached
by boats for those seeking some adventure.
