One popular tourist
attraction in the northeastern part of Kuala Lumpur is
the Armed Forces Museum which can be found at the
vicinity of the Ministry of Defence along Jalan Padang
Tembak. Some of the more interesting exhibits that can
be seen at this museum include a huge collection of
pictures, paintings and displays of decorations,
uniforms and weapons of the country's armed forces.
Other exhibits that are also
seen here include some old artillery, canons, tanks,
military vehicles, military paraphernalia, naval guns
and interesting weapons detained from communist
terrorists.
