The Megalithic Stones seen
here in Melaka are huge stones which can be seen at area
in Alor Gajah and along the roadside on the way to
Tampin. There are more than ninety different sites
containing these incredible stones which form part of a
huge cluster which can even be seen in Negeri Sembilan,
a neighboring state, and have been in existence for over
hundreds of years. There is even a local folklore about
the stones which will be happily explained to you by the
tourist guide. Some of the residents here believed that
the stone actually grow in size while some stones are
revered by the local people in the village.
