Forestry Museum at Teluk Bahang in Penang, MalaysiaLocated within the 100-hectare Forest Recreation Park at Teluk Bahang, the Forestry Museum was built using various species of wood and other forest produce and houses a collection of forest produce from all over the country.

 

The park at this popular tourist attraction features specially designed foot paths and flowing streams and is home to countless species of flowering plants, ferns, insects, birds, butterflies, snakes and lizards. Photo: Forestry Museum            Facilities that can be found nearby this place of interest include a children's playground, fresh water pools, jungle trails and several rest huts while tourists will be treated to exhibits of diverse species of tropical timber, timber products and handicrafts made from wood.
