Located on Farquhar
Street, it was built with convict labor in 1818. This
church is
one of the oldest landmarks in the city and also one of
the most famous tourists attractions in Penang. The entrance of
this stately Anglican Church is named after the patron
saint of England and also features a memorial canopy dedicated
to Captain Francis Light. This heritage building is one
of the popular places of interest among tourists.
