Tambunan in Sabah offers visitors a beautiful view
of the countryside which is full of padi fields
and rolling hills. Photographing opportunities are
plenty at this place of interest in Sabah and make sure you have your digital camera
with you when traveling to this region of Malaysia.
Located about ninety minutes away by road
transportation from Kota Kinabalu, the famous attraction

kilometers away.
Once you step foot into
this agricultural service town, one thing you notice

handicraft and the weekly tamu which is an open
market held every Sunday selling foodstuff to
souvenirs. For the adventurous travelers, you can hire jeeps
to take you to the amazing Mawar Waterfall which is
locally known as the Air Terjun Mawar.
