TEMPLER'S PARK - SELANGOR

TEMPLERS PARK

MALAYSIA

Some of the famous places of interest in Selangor which are located about ten kilometers from the Batu Caves and north of Kuala Lumpur are several well known forest parks. Templer's Park, the first one reached after Kuala Lumpur on the way northward is an extensive area of forests and cascading waterfalls nestling beside the Serendah Forest Reserve and the landscaped Commonwealth Forest Park whereby the latter has accommodation and camping facilities. Templer's Park is a 500 hectares forest rich in Malaysian flora and fauna. The main attraction at this tourist attraction is the swimming pool which is fed by a natural stream and for those who bring their own food here can make full use of the benches and tables provided for a family picnic.
