and relaxing therapy can save you from visiting
the doctor to cure your dreadful headache or

a mixture of distilled water, sage and rosemary
essential oils. With the preparations completed,
lie on top of the blankets, sheet and hot towel
and wrap the sheet and both blankets tightly
around your body. Make sure that you are
comfortably rested on the pillow with your feet
elevated and stay in this position for thirty
minutes to enjoy the full benefits of this spa
therapy.
