Then drop about five drops of eucalyptus essential oil into it and place the bowl on the floor next to your shower, away from the water, and let the hot water run for at least two minutes to build up steam in order to activate the oil. Then add three drops of rosemary essential oil into another bigger bowl which is filled with hot water and put a bath towel into it to soak. Dry yourself off and then apply an invigorating skin lotion, preferably eucalyptus, peppermint or tea tree, for hydration and the stimulation of the lymphatic system. You may dip the dispenser in hot water to obtain a warm lotion for this herbal infusion.

 

To get your body wrap ready, put two heavy blankets on a lounger and spread a sheet over the blankets. Then take out the bath towel which you have soaked in the rosemary essential oil earlier, wring it out and then lay it over the sheet and then mist it with a mixture of distilled water, sage and rosemary essential oils. With the preparations completed, lie on top of the blankets, sheet and hot towel and wrap the sheet and both blankets tightly around your body. Make sure that you are comfortably rested on the pillow with your feet elevated and stay in this position for thirty minutes to enjoy the full benefits of this spa therapy.
