Exfoliating your
skin regularly will allow you to have a healthy
looking skin. To give your skin a glowing and
joyful look, exfoliate the dead cells on you
skin by scrubs, body glows and polishes which
also improve blood circulation by allowing more
oxygen to your skin. A natural look is also
achievable by using a self-tanner but the
unwanted cells needs to be exfoliate first.
To get a healthy
looking skin, you may first try an aromatic
cleansing. You can make your own aromatic bath
gel by mixing a neutral cleansing gel with your
favorite essential gel. Ginger essential oil is
useful to clear a stuffy head while sage
essential oil is recommended for oily skin. If
you have sensitive skin, then use chamomile
essential oil while genarium essential oil is perfect for
tightening and toning your skin. The application
method is very easy as all you need to do is rub
the gel all over your body and then rinse it
with water as your skin will feel as new as
ever. For an exfoliating scrub, an aromatic
sugar, sea salt or nut scrub is recommended. To
exfoliate your skin, rub the scrub evenly over
your body in circular motions.
You can start
with your feet, legs and arms and then to more
delicate areas such as buttocks, stomach, back
and chest. After you have complete scrubbing,
rinse yourself off with warm water and use your
hands to wipe away the salt or sugar. You should
take note that dry salt scrub may make your skin
dry, so to overcome this problem, moisturize
your skin with a rich body lotion or oil to
maintain a soft looking skin. Another frequently
used method in health spa to help soften the
skin is the milk bath therapy. To produce a milk
bath, you can add about 700ml of milk to a warm
bath and also a few drops of jasmine, patchouli
and rose essential oils and then you are ready
for a sensual and relaxing bath and not
forgetting the fact that the mixture of these
essential oils produces a great aphrodisiac.
