A fast method that not only refreshes your face but also deep cleans it is to use a clay or mineral face mask. You can start by slowly applying a thin layer of the mask to your face and make sure to leave it on for at least ten minutes. After that, you can rinse off the mask and your face will surely look more healthy and better. After that you can brush and moisturize your face. You can begin by brushing upwards over your neck in a small circular strokes using a facial brush. As you move in the direction of your chin, carry on across your jaw and chin. Then continue up to the cheeks, down the nose and across your forehead. Dry your face after you have wash your face with warm water and then slowly rub some moisturizer onto your neck and face.

You should get yourself uplifting oils such as bergamot, grapefruit, lemongrass, neroli or sandalwood. Energy producing pre-blend essential oils are available at all health shops.

 

To start this scent therapy, apply a drop of your favorite essential oil to your wrist and use your fingers to rub it in. One word of caution here is that if you are using a pure essential oil, remember to dilute the oil before applying them onto any part of your body. Besides this step, stimulating the reflexology points of your hands will lift the level of your sapping energy. You can do this by pressing deeply into your palm and continue by working small circles from your wrist to the base of each finger.

 

You can also improve your mental condition by stimulating energy meridians and reflexology points for your head by pressing firmly and circling and gliding along each finger to its tip. After you have worked on your right hand, carry this hand reflexology with your other hand.

 

Apart form treatments being carried out on your body, staying clean and excellent oral care too can contribute to a wonderful evening. Using herbs and plants such as fresh mint and parsley to make your own mouthwash can get you feel fresh for the evening. To improve your breath, you can chew fresh watercress or parsley and the stains on your teeth can be removed using slices of lemon peel or fresh strawberry. When you feel clean, you will definitely feel revitalize. To increase your energy level to sustain you throughout the night, grab yourself a healthy drink. An energizing beverage could be made up from tomato juice, carrot juice, honey, horseradish mix with a dash of black pepper and hot pepper sauce. The out-of-energy condition after work is now recharged to give you a fresh start on your evening.
