One of the main
injuries suffered by almost everyone us of which
leads us to being unable to perform our daily
chores properly is repetitive stress injuries.
Some of these injuries are so serious that it
may caused crippling or minor ones could make us
feel uneasy and tense throughout the day. A few
therapies that may prevent or lessen your pain
are the hand and wrist relievers methods.
Dipping your hands in recommended essential oils
may release tension and soreness. If your
muscles undergo regular massage and stretching,
then it may be less vulnerable to being injured.
Used by our
forefathers, the inner bark of witch hazel plant
is believed to posses astringent qualities and
it is widely used to cure inflammation. So, a
witch hazel soak will surely relieve any pain
which you may have. To prepare for this method,
pour about one hundred milliliters of witch
hazel into a bowl full of hot water. Immerse
both your hands and wrists into the bowl and let
it soak for roughly ten minutes. The first five
minutes require your hands to stay still, then
tighten your fist and then followed by spreading
your fingers. Carry on this steps for the next
five minutes which is then followed by rotating
your wrists. Finally, dry your hands.

One way of
preventing injuries is to do simple stretching.
One method that is encouraged here is to extend
your right arm out in front of you with your
palm facing out and your fingers pointing
upwards. Do this once you are sited comfortably.
Then put the palm of your left hand on the
fingers of your right hand. Slowly pull inwards
with your left hand as you press the heel of
your right hand outwards. Keep to this position
for not more than ten seconds and then release.
Continue this step by extending your left arm
out. Try not to over stretch. Another advisable
exercise to release uneasiness is hand massage.
Use your thumb to press all over your palm.
Press in especially at sore areas. Repeat this
step by pressing your other palm. This method is
good to ease tension and the more massages your
hands received, it will be less prone to
injuries.
