a lot of water daily can prevent dehydration
which is a major factor that brings about stress
and agitation.
The most famous

as water shiatsu which uses gentle movement and
acupressure for relaxation. Although this method can be

Firstly, let there be
about sixty centimeter of space between you and
your partner. Both of you must stand with your
feet shoulder width apart and the knees must be
slightly bent and also be directly over your
toes. With your palms down, let your arms float
to the surface. Breath in slowly as you cover
your partner's hands with your hands. Your body
will automatically rise when your lungs expand.
Your body then naturally sink back into the
water when you breath out. An important thing to
take note here is to have synchronized
breathing.
The next step then
is to move to your partner's right side and put
your elbow behind your partner's head to support
your partner. As your partner leans back into
your arm, put your right hand under your
partner's lower back to enable your partner to
float to the surface. This floating position is
maintained as both of your continue with
synchronized breathing. After carrying out this
position for a few minutes, as you are breathing
in, slowly turn and move your left arm to the
left to allow your partner's lower back to glide
off your right forearm until your right forearm
is under your partner's knees. When you exhale,
move the knees inwards towards the chest and
when your partner inhales, lower your arms to
open her body back up to the spot from which you
started. The reason this is done is to permit
the body to stretch easily and carry on this
process for about twenty breaths. After that,
you can rotate and guide your partner's legs
away from your body and towards your partner's
shoulders. Continue this action by dropping the
left leg to allow resistance from the water to
stretch it. Then drop the right leg and continue
this process. Before finishing this water
massage therapy, let your partner's body float
on the water and help your partner back to the
original starting position.
