Located on the Red
River Delta Region, the capital city of Ha Tay
is Ha Dong Town. Ha Tay is surrounded by Hanoi,
Hung Yen, Ha Nam, Hao Binh and Phu Tho. The
majority of the people living here are the Kinh
while the Muong and Dao only makes up of one
percent of the total population.
